Body weight training is a fantastic method for building explosive power. Nothing else is as safe, efficient or functional.
Even though it seems simple, there are a number of ways people jump the tracks. Some examples include using far too much volume and over use of plyo-boxes. Really, you don't need to spend all of that time and energy jumping on a box to build explosive power. All you need is a bit of space and about 5 minutes of your time.
